ramischGuarneri^® is the only worldwide manufacturer to offer NIPCO^® controlled deflection system from VOITH PAPER for textile finishing.

NIPCO^® SYSTEM by ramischGuarneri

This roll technology is characterized by decisive design advantages.
On a fixed steel shaft internally bored to allow hydraulic oil circulation, is installed a piston line (over which is fitted the RACOLAN^® sleeve) that lifting in vertical direction compensates rollers deflection.
Max. working pressure allowed 400/N mm. This system has the following specifications:

stationary shaft
the rotating highly elastic homogeneous RACOLAN^® sleeve
pressure with adjustment for various fabric widths in steps of 200 mm each
side retraction to prevent edge overheating (counter pressure or retraction line)
step-less adjustment of the operating pressure from 50 to 400 N/mm

NIPCO^® ROLL
On NIPCO^® system the forces are set directly and only on the width of the product. Distribution is very uniform, furthermore with counter pressure line there is no possibility to influence the effect on the edges. NIPCO^® system operates automatically and only a primary pressure is needed for a perfect distribution, independent of the level of strength and height of the fabric. The board can still be balanced by the counter pressure if necessary.
